Annoyed by some web sites

Quite often these days you are given the option of a Paypal checkout which I usually choose. This gives them the address, phone number and the money. So why do they want you to register on their site with passwords and stuff. I just did one that would not progress the order until I did so.
A couple of months ago I tried to buy some cat spot on stuff. I did the usual Paypal but they wanted to register me, ask questions which included the name of the cat. After a few minutes of this I clicked the "off" button. After two days I got an email asking why I had not completed my order. I had bought it at the vets by then.
The best experience so far was a guttering firm with pictures. Click, click, click into the basket, click to pay and it all arrived on a lorry. They should all be like that.

I bought a posh chair to use when using my computer. I don't see me buying another one for some time. I would prefer to buy from someone who, having given me the option of using Paypal for simplicity, actually use it so. They did give me the option of taking the difficult route as well.
In the earlier case of the cat, what purpose was served by asking me the name of the cat?
Tracking an order would be good but once they have posted it what info would I get/use?It's not my fault your honour, they made me do it.0 -

I am sorry but I cannot help you with this problem. Have a nice day.0 -
Buying meds online for an animal requires more info by law so will obviously take longer as one has to register.0

If you want to live with all the upsides of the 21st century you sometimes have to accept a few very minor inconveniences.IITYYHTBMAD0
