you can use a credit check company like experian or noddle to check your credit rating details
have you never heard of google search ?
possibly ring MCOL in Northampton and see if there has been a judgment made against you ? any CCJ reference details should be with DCBL so contact them too0 -

just finished watching last nights CANT PAY programme , first case was over 2 grand in private parking charges, CCJ issued and escalated to the High Court , DCBL in attendance
Bentley on the driveway with false number plates , house unlocked , owner lied about who he was but the policewoman had a pic of him on her phone , paid by anonymous passerby
crux of the matter ? CCJ issued and high court writ followed , debt was over £600 , DCBL attended in their guise of High Court Enforcement Officers
every other case on there had a CCJ , also had a high court writ and so the debts were all over £600 , thereby proving what I said earlier, (they dont just "turn up" without having a court order in their possession)
they could "turn up" on just the CCJ alone , as bailiffs , if the claimant issued a warrant of control , if it was for more than £600 they could turn up as HCEO instead on a writ (or as both if you prefer)0 -
Hi, so after a year of receiving a few debt collection letters which iv ignored all seemed to go quiet until 9/04/19 when I had a LBC through the door, after reading through the advice on here I replied on the 17/04/19 for a SAR request. Yesterday 20/05/19 they emailed me all the information I requested regards the SAR, what happens now , am I expecting court date through the door? Thanks.0

Again you need to refer to that thread for the obvious answers to your questions.
You can expect a County Court Claim Form through your letter-box.0 -
Yes, you will get a claim. This year, the scam will finally be over!
What did you notice in your SAR images:
- crap signs?
- a non POFA Notice to Keeper?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Yes they sent me 8 images, 7 of which were of my vehicle and one of the parking sign, along with the non POFA notice to keepa and copies of all the correspondence iv had with them.0

ok so I had my claim form arrive yesterday morning, I registered online at the MCOL and submitted the AOS. Iv read some of the defence drafts in the newbies section late last night, on my claim form the POC section states i have breached the terms and conditions set on private land. The defendants vehicle was identified in residents parking spaces namely parked without displaying a valid ticket/permit. At all material times the defendant was the registered keeper and or driver. the terms and conds upon entering private land were clearly displayed at the entrance and in prominent locations. The sign was the offer hereby entering into a contract by conduct. The sign specifically detail the terms and conds and the consequences of failure to comply, namley a parking charge notice will be issued, and the defendant has failed to settle the outstanding liability. The claimant seeks the recovery of the parking charge notice, contractual costs and intrest.
Which line of defence should i be arguing against these scammers? Thanks0 -
When you say residents parking spaces what do you mean
Were you parked in a space specifically allocated to your property for example? And, if so, is that detailed in your lease/tenancy agreement?
Or are you talking about a car park where you can park anywhere with a permit?
Or something else?0 -
According to your very first post, you were loading/unloading not "parked" and so that is your defence, along with the usual signs, landowner authority etc. Find a defence in NEWBIE post # 2 and adapt.0
