Flyers

Has anyone got around to designing any flyers for posting to residents with regards to how to deal with PPCs?.

I am about to start on one, but have no wish to create one if there is already one that can be used.

Nothing here AFAIAA. PePiPoo had one, but I can't seem to find it on a quick skim I've just done. I think it used to be a sticky at one time. It's hardly ever referred to on there any more, so has probably outlived its usefulness.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No, I don't think we've seen any such a thing since some very old pepipoo ones which are out of date now.

What a good idea, specific for residents. So flat owners & tenants coming here can be encouraged to print these off and put them through all neighbours' doors. Brilliant! Especially if it incorporates the cases referred to in the Prankster's blog about residential parking tickets, all the case law, Jopson, Saeed v Plustrade, Pace v Mr N, also good old(?) Lord Neuberger in the Moncrieff case about parking being defined as more 'long term' stationing of a vehicle, etc.

We need to encourage all residents to check their leases and ASTs, whether or not parking is mentioned, are permits mentioned as an obligation and is a parking charge warned about and was the contract also subject to some random third party terms on signs being incorporated into the lease/agreement? Nope? Thought not...
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

When I get time this week, I will draft a template and post it for others to edit/modify in order to create a good, short & informative flyer.
