if not then a stern letter to the BPA about lack of POPLa code , if yes then ask how the IAS are doing appeals for non members , and lack of POPLa (as per goverment rules)Save a Rachael

ignore all apart from an OFFICIAL notice before claim from a solicitor or the parking Co
debt collectors do not do notice before claim letters , they lie insteadSave a Rachael
