The Standard Appeals Service is available to recipients of parking charges issued by the International Parking Community's Accredited Operator Scheme members.

perhaps the OP should enter their details into that site , and see if they are recognised

if not then a stern letter to the BPA about lack of POPLa code , if yes then ask how the IAS are doing appeals for non members , and lack of POPLa (as per goverment rules)

Am i at a point now where i should just pay it. I have to pay it tonight before it goes up to £100.
No, no, and more NO. You do not have to pay a NCP 'parking charge' piece of unrecoverable rubbish and they are useless in court - got their fingers burnt to the tune of a six figure sum on the only occasion (a rare clamping case pre-2012) that we know of that they ever darkened a courtroom door.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So in effect you are saying that here on in just ignore all further communication from them, despite my appeal being rejected and in essence admitting to being the driver.

    Thanks in advance

ignore all apart from an OFFICIAL notice before claim from a solicitor or the parking Co

debt collectors do not do notice before claim letters , they lie instead
