I keep getting an alert on my phone to say there's a voicemail message been left. The phone never rings out, when this company ring. There's no way to check in received calls, missed calls, recent calls, as there's no number listed!?

How do they do that and how can I stop them from doing it?

I suspect the company ringing are Capquest.
