Fistral beach smart parking PCN

I have just recieved a ticket from smart parking for not buting a parking ticked when parked at Fistral. The letter shows my vehical arrving at 1713 and leaving at 2003. When I arrived I off loaded the kids and elderly family outsude the resturant where we were eating, then I went and parked. The Fistral website states that from 1st of Nov - 31st of March your first hours parking is free. By the time I had parked it was 1730. With first hour free it would take me to 1830 from which parking is free and no ticket is needed.

Any advise on appeal etc as I did arrive in the car park earlier but had not parked for another 15 mins.

just use the BPA blue text template in the NEWBIES sticky thread, no alterations , appealing as KEEPER (not driver - no admissions at this stage)

and follow the BPA advice in that thread too, it tells you all you need to know
