I've got my Playstation 3 wirelessly connected to my router. All seemed to be fine, I tested the connection and both the IP and internet connection tests were sucessful. It then told me there was a software update available but everytime I try to download it I get the following error:
"An error occured during the download operation. A connection to the server cannot be established. (80710723)."
Can anyone tell me what this means and how I can fix it?

Could be the servers at Sony being overloaded as everyone tries to get the update. Should sort itself out in a day or two.0

I don't think it is as straight forward as that, I googled the error code and found another forum where someone had mentioned the following:
"
Well that error is to do with ports on your router not being opened....
The only ports i no that need to be opened are for R:FOM which are
TCP port: 80, 443, 5223
and UDP ports: 3478, 3479, 3658."
Does this mean anything to anyone?0
