Any rusty Dacia Duster owners out there?

With the recent class action case against VW I am wondering if a similar action would be possible for Duster owners? Mine as many others (hundreds if not thousands) have had rust problems since new.

As I understand it, it only applied to white paint from a single factory, and was fixed pretty quickly?
I don't think there would be enough of them to make a class action viable, but there's nothing stopping you using your consumer rights to get compensation/replacement car or paint individually.0 -
Dacia said it was uneven paint application on a limited batch of cars made in india, they say they wrote to affected owners with an offer to repair and repaint the cars affected and add an extra year to corrosion warranty.
Owners will be provided with a courtsey car while work is carried out so all things considered they appear to be manning up to the problem, doubt theres any pickings here for the "I bought my car strictly for its promised low emissions" brigade sorry......0
