Villa Rental North of Universal

We have family who live near College park/Winter park, North Orlando but I cannot find villas to rent that far north, most obviously are near Disney.
Any suggestions on areas/communities that are closer to that area as its difficult to search sites not knowing the names of the near areas. Ideally near the I4 so that we can pop and visit them.

I don't believe Orange County FL permit short-term rentals which is probably why you rarely see holiday villa rentals in the area you are looking at north of Universal, or indeed around I.Drive.

Osceola County and Polk County allow short term rentals which is why the vast majority of advertised holiday villas rentals are found around the Kissimmee area.

Have you considered a large condo instead? Some offer 3/4 bedrooms and are as large as the private villas. No private pool obviously but normally a community resort type pool.

Would of course consider that but what area should I put in the search box?

Just put in Orlando then move the map about to the area you want.
