If you can get online, and you know your email/password combination then sign in to your Apple ID on the web site.
https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin
Its under the 'Payment and Shipping' section
Hope this helps0 -

Do I have to keep credit card details up to date, because, I never buy apps etc, and not likely too?
They are insisting I update to get a free lloyds app for banking?
Don,t really like leaving any company with it stored, no matter how secure they claim to be!:):beer:0 -
Did you log on a lap top or on your mobile device?
I seem to remember there was a situation where Apple insisted on having up to date credit card details but allowed you to skip if you were on a mobile phone.0 -
On my iPhone I have gone to the following - not sure if it allows you to do the same on your iPad
Settings - iTunes&AppStore - click on Apple ID - ViewID - Payment Information - make sure 'none' is checked.
I can download free apps to my iPhone without having any creditcard info.0 -
Never put credit or debit card details into my iPad and can happily download free apps0

Hi, I logged in as you said, and my C c has expired October 16.Did you log on a lap top or on your mobile device?

I would never have known unless I tried to download the lloyds app.It took me right to the end, to see how to pay, that,s when It said Cc was expired! please update.
I had just done HSBC And Santander minutes before, free, no probs.
No idea why it Didn,t just allow Lloyds to instal, without going to pay page? I was told it,s free.
Do without it now.
I am just leaving my Cc details expired, I wasn't,happy putting them on when I set up I-pad from new.
See what happens.
Do not intend buying any Apple products.
I only use I -pad for banking, and buying stuff online, use my pc for surfing etc.
No I phone.
Thanks for all your help:beer:0
