Hi,
I'm just after advice if this is any good to put up under my stairs which is a outside single brick cold wall, which is always cold and suffers bad condensation especially when cooking.
Any advice please would be appreciated.

I wouldn't bother, these wallpaper type liners will just come off again and you'll get damp behind them.
