Portadventura 7days for 3days tickets

Have just got our tickets from 365tickets and notice on the rear of them says must be signed and photo identity required.
This isnt a problem (although 5year old might need a bit more space to sign than ticket allows).
But we have a child with us who turns 4 on the third day of our visit - under 4 is free.
Would we need to purchase a ticket for him, has anyone been and can tell us about how strict they are on the signing and id issue.
Thanks

we were there 3 weeks ago, they never once asked for any form of id and our tickets were never signed on the reverse( we forgot to!) 3 of our 4 children has tonsilitis for the first 9 days of our 14 day holiday so because we hadn't used the full 14 days we were able to pass them on to a couple with a child the last day we were there.
Point to note YOU WILL NOT GET ENTRY INTO THE PARK WITHOUT A T-SHIRT ON. this applies to adults, male and female, and children. We went to caribe water park, (also at Porta ventura, although you pay extra to get in there) and I had a bikini top on with shorts, fortunately I had thrown a t-shirt into my bag!!
We were VERY disappointed with Caribe water park, no way it was worth the money to get in. There is a payment booth inside Port Aventura, where you can get into Caribe water park cheaper, simply because you have paid to get in to port aventura. I think it was 11 euros per adult and 6 euros for kids which is about half the price of paying at an outside booth. even our kids said "is this it?"
There is another waterpark just outside salou at La Pineda its called Aquapolis, we never went to it, but it has dolphins, seals etc, you can swim with. It is even more expensive than Caribe though i think 44 euros for adults, not certain though.
And lastly there are little blue and white billy trains (on the roads) we used these to get around they are 3 euros per adult and 1.50 for kids, regradless of how far you are going, one way only. The buses are more expensive, dirty busy and the bus drivers try to make you pay for younger children (3 and under should be free) and don like to give any change!!!
Don't hesitate to ask me anything else, If I can help I will.pinkpinkfizz
