you MUST get a POPLa code , with one this is over and done with , without and they can pester and harrass you for 6 yrs

they KNOW that when they go to nPOPLa it will be dismissed , and they then HAVE to stop all action , plus it costs them £27 !!!!

There is a meeting on 27th January 2017 to discuss this issues. John Gallagher decided to
make a decision on the outstanding cases as they could not stay adjourned, he concluded
that he would allow them all. He has invited the Operators to withdraw them and will allow
the rest. He is meeting with with the DVLA, DCLG and the Railway Operators on the 27
January 2017 to agree the process including the appeals.
If you park in a railway car park it will be a criminal case and they will allow clamping, which
does not seem good practice.
One possibility is the DVLA to say that operators can continue to use POPLA but this means all
appeals will be dismissed. Currently they are bound by the decision where the appellant is
not. The alternative will be to take POPLA out of the equation and then it is pursued through
the criminal system

Oops sorry, I meant notice to owner, does that make a difference? Very nasty it is too, threatening a private criminal prosecution, adding further administration and debt recovery charges, threatening to clamp me at some stage in the future.

Send a copy to the BPA and DVLA and ask why Indigo are sending such a nasty threat during POPLA stage, when John Gallagher the Lead Adjudicator has already stated that all byelaws cases will be allowed by POPLA. Ask the DVLA why they released the data since there is no reasonable cause in these cases, the DVLA being well aware that Indigo are offering POPLA yet all cases are to be upheld in favour of the appellants.

Then start researching how to sue Indigo for the misuse of data misappropriated from the DVLA. You can make money from this so keep that letter safe for your later, plotted and researched financial revenge.
