0% balance transfer

Is it possible to balance transfer part of the balance to a 0% card or does it have to be the full amount?

I have a cc with high interest, hubby has one with a lower interest and we have a joint overdraft, again with high interest. The 3 total £7560
We've been granted a 0% balance transfer card that allows 0% money transfer which is perfect but it's for £7400. So £160 less than we need. I figure that with the balance transfer fees we will be short of around 400ish (havent calculated exactly). Our ideal would be to clear my cc, the joint overdraft and as much as possible off hubby's card (lowest interest) but will we be allowed to do a balance transfer on less than the total balance?

Around £530 if it's 95% plus the BT fee. More if it's less the BT fee (seems to be a bit hit and miss with MBNA as to how they do it)..
