Hi,
Thought I read this somewhere, but if there is an issue with a new car whilst on PCP and the dealers are not sorting it that the finance company is jointly responsible?
Is this true?

Correct
Escalate to the finance company and also - if you havent done so already - to the manufacturers UK customer service team.0 -
