Cars on PCP

Hi,


Thought I read this somewhere, but if there is an issue with a new car whilst on PCP and the dealers are not sorting it that the finance company is jointly responsible?


Is this true?

    Correct

    Escalate to the finance company and also - if you havent done so already - to the manufacturers UK customer service team.

    Bear in mind the finance company actually owns the car so it's in their best interests to get it sorted.

    anyone know if it makes insurance more expensive not being the owner?
