    Can you give the exact wording please? Otherwise it's very difficult to work out what has been said.
  • it says before judge murdoch sitting at northampton county court on 14 august without hearing it is ordered that the case is struck out at the bottom of letter it says note ..a party affected by this ordermay under rule 3.3 (5) apply to have it set aside varied or stayed such a party must apply under rule 23.3 within 14days of service of this order i never did anything is it too late to get my money now please advise
  • i paid court fees and recieved acknowledgment of service it stated that the bank was defending all ithe claim and heard nothing else until i recieved a leetter from court saying notice of judgement rejected giving the reason a bar on judgement/enforcement is in place please advise me

    That means that the OP could have appealed against the case being struck out but the time scale has now passed for doing this.

    What we need to know is the exact wording of the letter as now we seem to have conflicting information and if the letter says it has been struck out there must be a reason for this.
