OVO Energy - switching from prepayment meter
Does anyone have any experience of changing from a prepayment meter to a credit meter with OVO Energy. I have been with them for about 14 months, have no energy debt with them or my previous supplier. My credit file is not good. I want to do this to save money as electricity is the only fuel in my house, and over the last 12 months I have spent around £1500 on electricity. I could change to a prepayment meter with another supplier, but I have had great customer service from OVO and the app is very convenient for me. Thanks for any help you can give.

I can only speak from my experience, which is that Co-operative Energy accepted me on pay monthly, when I moved from OVO payg, but they did run a credit check. Only did it this week, I go live on Jan 23.
I have heard that Scottish Power do not run credit checks0
