Hello
I desperately need to get a mortgage, i have been offered to buy the house that i am renting,
Price 265000
Deposit 100000 possibly 120000
The problem I have is I have a cci 3.5 years old for 2080 satisfied within 3 months
1 default for 1020 which is 4 years old and partially satisfied
I own a property outright which i rent for 300 per month
and I own a property worth 145000 with a mortgage of 108000 outstanding which is rented out but under a residential mortgage. Mortgage company aware of this.
I own a piece of land with planning permission for a block of 4 apartments.
My question is could i get a high street mortgage or one with a normal interest rate?

You need the advice of a broker experienced in adverse credit who can look in detail at your financial history - make sure you get copies of your 3 CRA files in front of them and be brutally honest (do not hide anything at all).
I would expect to pay a fee for this as free brokers tend to prefer the vanilla cases.
If you don't know anyone in a similar situation who can refer you to a broker, try googling adverse mortgage broker and phone a few to see who you like the sound of.0
