Cooperative Energy Bullyboys

Moved from Cooperative Energy in December 2014 to N Power. Paid up to date ( so I thought ), on the 12th December 2016 ( Yes two Years later) recived a ' Your Account is Overdue arrange payment NOW! for £58.33 from Cooperative Energy. Emailed to ask why. Told They had'nt billed me for the last 3 weeks of my contract and had sent a Bill in September 2015 ( 9mths later ) not recieved by me. I asked why they were only chasing the alleged debt 15ths after the alleged last Bill was sent to be told 'Weve had System Problems'.

So here I am 2yrs after leaving them, trying to check the figures and what do I get? 8 phone calls in 2 Days asking me to pay the debt. 2 letters and a threats that my debt will be passed onto debt collectors.

Feel sorry for the GB Energy Customers who have been moved over to Cooperative Energy. :mad::mad::mad:
