I am still waiting for an answer from them, last email they told me to ring Tesco personal finance as it was them who had so say removed the points, when I rang them they knew nothing about it! Thanks, Shudd. I had no idea - talk about devious. I also got 500 points for an insurance quote - only did I? I shall check from now on but whether I've lost points in the past I don't know. Feel really cross about this because I put all my spending on a Tesco credit card for the extra points thinking it was the best deal but if that's their game might well be better off changing to the top cashback card.0 -

The only people that will be able to answer this for you is Clubcard (Freephone 0800 59 16 88). I am not saying this is what has happened but i know in the past points have been removed when targetted point codes have been used by someone they were not issued to in the first place - Tesco usually put in the T&Cs of such codes "Offer only available to recipient of this mailing" etc,.
The clubcard helpline will be able to tell you what points were removed and when - Hope that helps;)Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -

I have been a good girl and only used codes I have been mailed or on leaflets picked up in store, till splits etc so its really really frustating! Only have one clubcard account (linked to my clubcard plus) so not being greedy or abusing the system!
I did ring twice last week but got nowhere so emailed and got some answers - that TPF had taken the points, yet when I rang TPF they said they hadn't and referred me back to clucard....................!!!!!:mad: Round and round, pillar to post!
i actually feel like setting up more accounts now!Aim to win in 2013 - a holiday somewhere nice, New York break, treats for family & friends & some cash would be lovely!!!0 -

I believe that TPF removed some promotional points from a recent campaign - I am not 100% sure though. E-mail TPF again and see what result you get - It is sometimes easier rather than to keep calling and not getting anywhere.Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -
Something strange has happened to mine too. I now have 500 green points (for a mobile I presume) but my total has stayed the same. I'm also about 200 down on the previous amount

My points have gone down by 400 in the last week. I only had 1500 points this quarter and now its down to 1100. I would normally contact customer services but have read posts on here and pts which advise against this.0

Thank you Tesco employee, I have been emailing customer service (easier to get it in writing) so i will try and find an email address for TPF as well. I have done a basic search but one hasn't come up but once Ive had a sleep (just finished nights!) i will search again!Aim to win in 2013 - a holiday somewhere nice, New York break, treats for family & friends & some cash would be lovely!!!0
