Points have been reset at tesco!!!!???

Not sure if anyone else has this problem but i looked at my reciept and my points said zero, i looked on line and they also said zero.

im not sure if its just a glitch in the system or they have taken off my points for the health and beauty vouchers

can anyone help?????

  • I think it's just a glitch in the system. The main Tesco website (under 'My Account' and 'Your Clubcard details') says I have no points, but if I click where it says 'for more information on Clubcard Vouchers or to make changes to your Clubcard account click here' underneath, then it takes you to the actual Clubcard section, where it tells me my actual total.
  • mine still says zero, but they might appear back in a few days
  • Just checked mine and the amount is showing - Might be worth checking again!:confused:
  • mmmm I am still missing 1000 points and really not happy!

    It appears that tesco finance have yaken them off according to the cutomer service email I eventually got back, yet i didn't have over 1000 in TPF points!

    Very frustrating!
    Aim to win in 2013 - a holiday somewhere nice, New York break, treats for family & friends & some cash would be lovely!!!

  • I would be more concerned if in store receipt showing zero than on-line.. I have heard quite often on-line shows 0 but using the card in store the receipt usually shows the correct amount.

    If showing zero on receipt then there is a good chance the points have been removed for whatever reason... if you are good and only have the 1 account get in touch with CS... and ask... they normally reply within 24 hours..

    Sorry, probably being a bit thick here, but what's this all about? Why would they take points back? I've never kept a check on mine - just assumed they were right - have I been naiive? The thought of Tesco doing me out of something is making me feel faint! :eek:

    Friskyvenus - wouldn't the best thing be to phone up the Clubcard helpline 0800 59 16 88 and ask them where your points are?

    sometimes the tills go 'offline' and are unable to give you an up to date balance so will show zero. also at approx 11pm when the tills run end of day again they are unable to show balance and will say balance not available. but agree with b-ham dave ring clubcard if anyone is going to know whats happened its them.
