Wow that looked like a fun party, sorry I missed it.
And I don't want to dash I-A's hopes, but I am 43 with 4 children and have never developed any t*ts to speak of. The rest of me has gone from size 10 to 12 but my bra-size has actually shrunk.

You can under their guarantee - but not under the Sale of Goods Act. Since you've allowed them to repair it, you've under law "accepted" it. You can't then reject it under your statutory rights.
If you're going to do that in future, add the rider "provided it doesn't prejudice my right to reject the item under the Sale of Goods Act". Especially needed for cars which are a great deal more expensive. :eek:This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Bunny, I love your new hairdoo, and I'm very jealous of that flippin cleavage.
What else did I miss after I left ???Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Thank you Z. Will have to go back with tail between my legs!
Not necessarily. There is the grey area of whether they've repaired it or not, and there are still their guarantee, and the European "goods must last a reasonable length of time" to go at.
The only thing that's changed is now that whether you get a repair or refund is at their discretion, rather than yours. But you will get one or the other."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Blurghhh I definitely had a hangover this morning - not good. Also have sneaking suspicion that I drunk dialled a few too many people. Ooops.
