1. This Promotion is only open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged over 18, excluding employees of the Promoter and all those professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. To Enter: Simply purchase a promotional pack of Dorset Cereals, visit our website at www.dorsetcereals.co.uk/campervan and enter your name, email address, post code and the 10-digit unique code found under the top flap inside the pack between 00.01 on 1 st June 2016 and midday on 1 st June 2017 (“Promotion Period”). All claims must be received by midday on the 1 st June 2017 (“Closing Date”). Any claims received after this date will not be accepted.
3. The Promotion can be found on the following packs of Dorset Cereals products, while stocks last: Beautiful Blueberry Muesli, Classic Fruit Nuts & Seeds Muesli, Fantastically Fruity Muesli, Gloriously Roasted Nut Muesli, Luscious Berry & Cherry Muesli, Our Lovely Organic Muesli, Raspberry & White Chocolate Muesli, Simply Delicious Muesli, Simply Fruity Muesli, Simply Nutty Muesli, Tasty Toasted Spelt Flakes Muesli, Almonds & Honey Bircher Mix, Raspberry & Blackcurrant Bircher Mix, Berry Granola, Chocolate Granola, Honey Granola, Simply Nut Granola, Simply Oat Granola.
4. Purchase is necessary. Internet access and a valid email address are also required. Please retain winning pack, as it will be required to validate your prize claim.. If you are unable to provide this information in full then it may affect your prize claim.
5. Pack codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown (“Unique Code”).
6. All codes have an equal and random chance of winning one of the prizes via a secure and random process operated under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. All prizes are available to be won but (other than for the Bonus Draw) are dependent on the holder of the winning code entering the Promotion.
7. You may enter as many times as you wish but each entry must be accompanied by a new Unique Code. Each unique code can only be entered once. A maximum of one prize per person can be won during the Promotion Period.
8. The Prizes:
   1. Main Prize: 1 x reconditioned, classic VW campervan (see clause 11 for additional conditions) or £25,000 cash alternative.
   2. Runners Up Prizes:
      1. 100 winners will each win 1 x Sawday’s B&B Break (see clause 13 for additional conditions).
      2. 1,000 winners will each win 1 x Sawday’s B&B Guide.
9. Winners will be notified immediately via the website and will need to follow the instructions shown on screen. If you are the winner of the Main Prize, please send in your pack showing winning code and your name and address to Dorset Cereals Win A Camper Van, Freepost RLUK-AHUU- KKEK, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY. We recommend that you take a copy of the code, as the Promoter is not responsible for claims not received or lost in transit. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives to the prizes are available. However, the Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prizes are no longer available.
10. Bonus Draw: 1 x Classic VW camper van (no cash alternative) to be won from all entries received during the Promotion Period. The Winner will be selected at random by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service within 10 working days of the Closing Date and will be notified via email within 7 working days of the draw. The Winner will have 14 days to respond to notification to accept the prize. Failure to respond may result in the prize being forfeited. Each entry submitted during the Promotion Period will equate to
11. Additional conditions for the Classic VW camper van:
    1. The winner will be asked to prove they are a resident of the UK, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands;
    2. Winner must have and must show a valid driving license prior to collecting the Prize;
    3. Insurance is not included. If the prize is to be driven on a public highway, insurance cover must be obtained by winner prior to collection of the Prize;
    4. Maintenance, services and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of ownership.
    5. The Prize will be taxed for no more than 12 months from the date of registration.
    6. If the winner is from Northern Ireland, the Prize can be driven with UK number plates legally. If the winner chooses to change to local number plates, this will be at their expense;
    7. If the winner is from the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, the promoter will pay for the relevant import duties;
    8. The Promoter will supply the Prize with a vehicle warranty valid until 30th June 2018.
    9. MOT will not be required until 1 st June 2018.
    10. The expiry date of the tax disc is 1 st September 2017.
    11. The Prize will be provided with a full tank of petrol.
12. Once the Main Prize, Sawday’s B&B Break and Bonus Prize Winners have been confirmed, they will be contacted within 28 days to organise delivery of the Prize. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the B&B Guides.
13. Additional conditions for the Sawday’s B&B Break:
    1. The Prize is for either a three-night weekend (Friday check-in) or four-night midweek (Monday check-in) for two adults or two adults and two children at winners’ choice of one of the following ten locations:
       • Hay Barton, Cornwall
       • Upper Red House, Monmouthshire
       • The Old Forge, Dorset
       • Broughton House, Cumbria
       • Broadgate House, Cumbria
       • Wickton Court, Herefordshire
       • Ty’r Chanter, Powys
       • Ightham, Kent
       • Narborough Hall, Norfolk
       • Tredudwell Manor, Cornwall
       The stay may be taken any date between 1st July 2016 to 30th December 2017, subject to availability (excluding August, Bank Holidays, half-terms(s), Valentine’s Day, Christmas and New Year). If the winner has already made a booking at any of the locations above, the prize cannot be claimed against this booking.
    2. The stay must be booked no later than 30th September 2017. If the stay is not booked by this point or the stay itself not taken before the dates outlined above, the prize will be withdrawn. Once confirmed, the booking is final and cannot be amended.
    3. The stay is on a bed and breakfast basis. Travel to and from the prize destination is not included.
    4. Winners will not receive any refund if the Prize is not used;
    5. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or guest from participation in the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or the winner and/or guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others;
14. This promotion is in no way endorsed, sponsored or affiliated with Volkswagen or Volkswagen Group.
15. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prizes with prizes of comparable value if circumstances make this necessary.
16. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received registrations or winner notifications.
18. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the prize winner does not take any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize, unless otherwise agreed. If due to unforeseen circumstances the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize, at its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, illegible or incomplete entries or Prize claims or for technical failures or otherwise. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
20. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions.
21. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the Promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
22. The names and counties of the winners will be available by sending an SAE to JS800 Win a Campervan, PO Box 704, Pinner, HA5 9PF which will be available 2 months after the Promotion Period closing date.
23. Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter, provider or its agencies.
24. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, by or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
25. Except for liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, the Promoter is not liable for:
    1. Any action an entrant may take as a result of replying on any information provided by the Promoter in relation to the promotion or for any loss or damage suffered by an entrant as a result of taking that action;
    2. Any liability for losses which are not a foreseeable or likely consequence of: (i) an entrant’s use of the website; or (ii) a breach of these terms & conditions; or
    3. An entrant’s inability to access the website and/or submit an entry because of an event outside of the Promoter’s control, for example (without limitation) the performance of the entrant’s or the Promoter’s ISP or the Internet.
    4. However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions will affect any liability the Promoter may have for death or personal injury arising from the Promoter’s negligence or any other liability.
