Gladstone solicitors letter

Hi, please do not get mad. I read all the treads and advise. My husband parking ticket was issued in 2015. He was pared in wickes and his car broke down. He waited for his friend to come with the computer to see what was wrong. As a builder he was there hundred times but never have seen a notice that only 3hrs allowed. Short cut. Received PCN in 2015 from i think G24. He appealed as they were not popla directly to them. We never received any reply. Only i think 2 or notices to pay in full. we ignored it as no new information. However we just received letter from gladstone solicitors (apparently regulated by sra) - they are saying that the client is G24 ltd but that we received letters from debt recovery plus and as we have not appealed and no payment they were instructed to collect the £160!!!!!. However the letter says to pay the debt recovery plus and also states to contact the DRP?????! Obviously stating that the client can instruct them tomtake us to court and to avoid any further action pay. Blablabla... is this another scam and still counting as debt recovery plus letter? Now funny story is that there is no cameras in wickes anymore and also no notices as there is only 3hrs parking. Should we still ignoring it? Or respond in a say that they need to send original letters, photos,agreements.... as it was 1 and 1/2 year ago i might have some of the original letters but no debt recovery plus letters?
Thank you
Thank you

Yes it is just a debt recovery letter. If you ever want to check how many times a particular parking firm has tried a claim, Google 'BMPA insight' with the name or acronym of the Parking Firm. Do that now...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Do yourself a favour and read all about the sheer Incompetence of
Gladstones Solicitors and in particular the boys who run Gladstones.

Really makes the SRA look so stupid for allowing them to be members and also being so flawed in their knowledge to be whooped in court because they quote rubbish0
