Renting a holiday cottage in Surrey

I have been researching self catering holidays in Surrey as we are visiting in April to catch up with family as we live in Cornwall. We are taking our daughters, son in law and 18 month old granddaughter and thought self catering would be best for our granddaughter as she needs her own bedroom and it is not easy to get hotels with adjoining bedrooms except for Centre Parcs which we are also doing this year or paying a fortune for duplex rooms.

We have found what seems to be a good cottage on the Homeaway website. Has anyone used them before?

We are currently in a cottage booked through cottages.com we looked at Homeaway but found the actual price on their adds wasn't the price you pay!
Site seems OK, but pay with a credit card not more than 120 days before you go to get protection.
