You can give it a go. However, if the date of 20th November (as mentioned in your opening post) was the date that the PCN was issued to you as a Notice to Hirer, Premier are likely to argue that your appeal was out of time and will try to avoid giving you a POPLA code.0

the current letter I have from them is dated 16th December, and on the back it states that I can appeal within 28 days of receiving itNice to save.0
