I am 18, a UK citizen, but currently a resident of Belgium. On my Belgian residence card, it lists my dad's name. If I use one of his bills, would that be adequate proof of address since his name is on my ID?

Their EU ID verification criteria are published at https://secure.form.lloydsbank.com/application/Basic_Account_EU_Apply.asp but assuming your residence card doesn't have your address on it (?) then you'd probably be best contacting them directly at https://www.lloydsbank.com/contact-us.asp as your situation, while maybe not completely unique, is likely to be unusual enough for members of this forum not to be able to answer it, and it would obviously make sense to know definitively where you stand before posting valuable original documents between countries!0
