• The prize is for a two night coastal break for two people at St Ives Harbour Hotel & Spa including dinner, bed and breakfast in a sea view bedroom.
• Prize valid until 31st October 2017, subject to availability excluding public and school holidays, Valentines and Easter. Room upgrade subject to availability.
• Closing date for entries is midnight on 5th March 2017.
• One winner will be selected at random from all entries received prior to the close of the competition and the prize winner notified within 28 days of the competition closing date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Stay in Media Ltd reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the entries which are received before the closing date.
• HH is responsible for the prize and Stay in Media Ltd shall not be liable in any way for any loss, damage, injury or consequential losses associated with the provision of the prize.
• The prize is valid for the named winner only and may not be transferable to an alternative person.
