4. If you win a competition, we will notify you via Facebook. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond
within one calendar week, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant.

Prize package for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 includes:
Return train travel from mainland UK rail station to winner’s chosen destination; Return private station
transfers in winner’s chosen destination; 3 nights’ luxury self-catering lodge accommodation in winner’s
chosen destination, available in 9 nationwide locations (Cornwall, Hampshire, Gloucestershire, Norfolk,
Nottinghamshire, North Yorkshire (two sites) and Scotland).; 3 night stay must be taken Friday – Monday;
Breakfast hamper delivered to the cabin, including local meats, pastries, bread, tea, coffee and juice; A valid
credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into lodge accommodation;
Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability;
Prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2016 – 2nd January 2017 (Christmas and New Year), over UK
bank holidays, or over Easter Sunday; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning,
and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame; Winners must give at least 6 weeks’ notice
in advance of their chosen travel dates; The stay must be taken Friday to Monday; All elements of the prize
must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; At least one traveller
must be aged 18 or over; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian
permission; The prize excludes domestic ground transfers; The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions,
attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize;
The goody bag will be delivered to the lodge
