Hi. Just thought I'd pop in and say a quick hello! I've only just started posting on the site today so am just learning how to find my way around a bit.

I'm seriously addicted to competitions too so have been missing the post the last few days. I normally win a few things each month but haven't won anything in October yet. Congrats to everyone who has had some post delivered this morning though!

We got post this morning, but nothing interesting, I asked where all the backlog was and he said they never deliver all the backlog at once!! Pfff I love my post and I have really missed it

I have to say it must be really daunting for the posties now they are back to see mountains of post everywhere.

I don't quite know how it works at a Post Office but I imagine a pigeon hole for each road then someone sorts it into number order or something - so they must have huge piles :eek: - can you imagine the poor postie staggering under the burden of all that backlog post if they tried to bring it out in one run?
