Mmmmmm, gotta tell you all about my new found drink:beer:
I got my favourite baileys with the chocolate cups for Xmas, but also got a bottle of Midori (melon liquer, another favourite of mine) and on the little info tag is a drink called a Q.F. shooter.
2/3 shot of midori and 1/3 shot of baileys.
So I am now happily sat here drinking baileys and midori in a chocolate cup.

Hello, just came here because I seen a few of the challenges on peoples signatures. I've decided to give competitions a try, never won anything and could do with a treat, so will give it a try....hope everyone else is lucky
For those who are struggling with the house is CHAOS (Can't Have Anyone Over Syndrome) I also help run the Flylady thread on the 'Oldstyle' board if anyone wants to try it. Might help some. One day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200

Just had a thought has anyone ever thought of running user to user comps on here like the ones they do on loquax, i would like to enter them on loquax but dont use the site that much so would feel a bit cheeky.
I would definately run a few throughout the year on here if we had a place to do them, thoughts please0 -
thanks lil_me i have just been and read your flylady thread and that is exactly what i have decided to do one room at a time, i am going to start in the kitchen first i think that seems to be the worst room as i have lots of Hidey holes in there and they are all full of nothing usefull at all.
thanks naomi0 -

I too do one room at a time, well maybe one third of a room at a time:rotfl: .
Wife is disabled so i comp, shop, and do housework. Ususally start in kitchen when making tea in morning while computer is warming up, washing up and putting away. Then move into front room with tea in hand tidy up and hoover, i must admit i hide stuff that i dont want to throw out, ready for boot fairs, we are lucky to have a spare room for this., i just slowly do bits throughout the day interspersed by tea telly and computing and quick trips to the shops which i,m afraid i love , bargain hunting and yellow sticker reduction machine follower.
Oh and if in doubt i chuck it out or give it away and dont tell the wife:rotfl: :rotfl: I hope this helps, one of my favourite sayings is go with the flow
regards

Yes i tend to just throw things out if they are not used, but my oh wants to keep things, but on a couple of occasions i have thrown it when he isnt there then 2 weeks later he asks where it is
and he hasnt used it for 2 years but as soon as i have binned it he wants it.
