Halifax switch bonus

Hello - I am planning to open a Halifax current to get the £100 switching bonus. I've got a couple of DDs that could sit in that account.
BUT....... I don't want to close my existing FD account that my salary is paid into. Is there any way to stop Halifax from moving my salary payment, other SOs and DDs and closing the FD account?
