Does anyone know own the situation with UK Parking Patrol enforcing bylaws but using standard parking charges of £60.
Under bylaw 3.1 it seems to state that the person is liable which I take to bee the driver. They are pushing it forward on bylaw 3.3.1
Any comments would be useful. Also the notification arrived outside the 14 days limit but they claim bylaw rather than POFA

Link to the byelaw please?
UKPPO cannot enforce byelaws ... anything they send you is an invoice. Any court action must be taken via the magistrates court (not small claims court), and there's a 6 month time limit for this after which it is statute-barred.
