Hello
Currently on a dual fuel Eon fixed 1 year v19 which ends 11th Feb
I am looking at swapping to Scottish Power online fixed saver March 2019
If I start switch process with Scottish Power today am I right to say that because I am within 42 days of end of 11th February Iwill not have to pay Exit fees ?
Also because my current Eon fixed 1 year v19 is cheaper than the new Scottish power online fixed server March 2019 product , what will happen once switch is complete would like to keep paying the cheaper rate with Eon as long as possible so need to time switch as best I can ?
Thanks for your help
Regards Steve

Would you have stayed with Eon had you been eligible for their cheapest tariff, which is not available to existing Eon customers?
Or were you not aware that Eon's cheapest tariff is not available to existing customers?
If you use a comparison website, and enter Eon as your present supplier, you won't be shown Eon's cheapest tariff. However if you enter, say, British Gas as your present supplier, then miraculously Eon's cheapest tariff will appear.0 -
Once you start the switch it is out of your hands when it actually happens, start today you will most likely be with SP by 22nd Jan. The problem with delaying pressing the button is that the cheap SP deal could be pulled0
