Pink Elephant Stansted Query

I have book the car parking with pink elephant through essentialtravel starting from Monday. I have been instructed not to insert the card on entry as it will be charged again, but last time I went there (booked with Holiday Extras) I was asked to insert the card through which I had made the booking.
I am instructed to take a ticket from the booth on arrival.
If arriving before 5 am go to the office!!!
My flight is at 6.30 am which means I should ideally arrive there before 5 am.
Does anybody know where is the office and is there anybody there at the barrier at 5 am if I arrive around that time.
Thanks

IRRC the office is next to the barrier.
last time I was there (and it may have changed/vary with the type of booking) the instructions were to take a ticket on entry. On return, to go to the office and show it and the booking proof to get an exit ticket.0 -
we parked there a few weeks ago, when we arrived we had to put the card we had booked with into the barrier machine but on the way out you go to the prepaid lane and give the person your parking ticket, not the other lanes when you insert the credit card again.0

Thats what I did a few months back when I had booked through Holiday Extras (I put in my credit card with magnetic strip down in the slot and got the ticket with my ref number) but this time I have booked through Essential Travels and their clear instructions are not to put your card in otherwise you will be charged twiceI wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T0 -
I would follow the instructions from the company you have booked with!0

Hi
I struggled to understand why the service was called "Pink Elephant", having used the service a couple of weeks ago on a return to the UK from Brno I now understand why.
The chance of getting a bus back to your car is about the same odds as seeing a pink elephant!
I called the number given whilst standing in the queue (I was about 80 from the front) to be told "we are sorry but the number of flights suddenly arriving has caught us off guard"
It took longer to get to the car from the leaving the terminal than it did to fly from the Czech Republic!
Most people around me vowed never to fly from Stansted again so by the time you fly back the volumes should be a little better!
Take some fluid and sandwiches for the wait for the car park shuttle and you should be okay.
Have a good time

What I hate most about Stansted is the rip-off car parking charges,at least £6-30 a day.
Flew from E Mids the other week for half the cost.0 -
I totally agree with youI wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T0
