Be aware that Regulation 41 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 requires an 01, 02, 03 or 080 number for after-sales enquiries and issues.
If you are directed to call a premium rate 084, 087 or 09 number, Regulation 41(2) gives you the right to a refund of any excess call costs incurred.
