Technically they could remarket the plot, but as long as they see you are progressing they are usually pretty patient - there were quite a few people on our site whose searches didn't come back very quickly.
Just make sure you instruct solicitor straight away to avoid that delay - as long as you have instructed sol, applied for mortgage etc you should be fine
At least you get the excitement of choosing extras and tiles etc. Have you managed to wangle any extras with the plot?Let’s just pretend I have not been alternately drowning in debt or only eating toast to try and pay it off for the last 20 years 😭0 -
Nope! We got it in phase 1 and only 9 houses went on sale and after we reserved our plot within the first hour of them being on sale the line was down the road to reserve houses we got a little off our legal fees! that's a plus! thanks for your help! 0
