Noddle Credit Score

Hi all,

I have been using Noddle for 3 years and every month for the past 3 years, I have received a credit score of 4/5.

My most recent monthly report has indicated that this has now dropped for the first time in 3 years to 3/5. I have not applied for any new credit in the last month and have never defaulted on any payment.

The only unusual behavior is that a purchased something for £620 on my credit card in October, which i then paid off in November.

Debt
HSBC Mortgage
Tesco Car Loan
MBNA Credit Card - Balance £400 (Limit - £3700)
Argos Store Card - Balance £292 (Interest free for 9 months)

I also have a HSBC credit card that i have not used for 10 years but the account is still open. Balance is 0.

Any ideas of why this has dropped and ways to improve.

Thanks

The score will rise and drop randomly. Ignore it.

The recent cold weather has probably caused it.

My Noddle score regularly oscillates between 3/5 and 4/5. I sometimes think they vary it to encourage me to sign up to 'Noddle Improve'.

If my experience is anything to go by. It will be back up to 4/5 within 2-3 months.

Mine has dropped from 5/5 to 3/5. I assumed that is was because my CC limit had increased, it was offered I didn't apply for an increase. I've also spent more over that past couple of months, needed new garage doors. I pay off in full every month and have no debts. Will wait and see what happens.
