Missed out letter of Reg on parking app - got a PCN.

Hi there,

Any advice please? We used an app on phone to pay for parking in a private car park run by Northern Parking Services in Newcastle. Mistakenly a letter was missed out on the app which left a PCN slapped on my windscreen.

This was xmas eve, so far I've done nothing.

recently moved FROM the IPC to the BPA , (last month) will currantly be on 3 mths of being "watched" pay very carefull attention to ALL paperwork and kick off to the BPA if you spot anything wrong

I emailed the landowner, explained my predicament. He understood it was a genuine mistake and has asked the PCN to be cancelled.

Result!

Great, make sure you get that confirmed by the PPC. If not then send an appeal anyway WITHOUT saying who was driving, saying that the PCN has been cancelled by the landowner because the driver merely appears to have made a typo but did pay using the app.
