All,
We've been in our new build house for less than a year and already we are noticing increased floor creaking when walking on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Is this normal?
Regards

New builds with squeeky/creaky floors is not unusual. In theory it should not occur, but new build and quality build are different topics. Typical cause is bad workmanship, and rectifying it can be a right pain. Go back to your builder and make sure you have a written record of notifying the defect to the builder.0
