Had an email from them saying they are closing down their operations and all car parks moving to a new operator. You can close down your account but it seems they charge you £5 in an admin fee to do so. That means I will apparently lose half my £10.20 outstanding balance. You can't transfer this balance to the new operator. Anyone help? I am pretty sure this can't be right/fair even though it is included in their T&Cs.

Thanks people. The new company taking over the car park is PaybyPhone who are perfectly legitmate. The problem is getting the credit back from Woosh. They want to charge £5 for closing down an account with £10.20. Just wondered if they were within their rights to do this.0
