Keep an eye out for short dated stock. Yesterday I bought a box of 160 pyramid tea bags + 16 assorted fruit and herbal tea bags for only £1.50.

The thing with toothpaste from these cheap shops is that the stock is intended for foreign lands and therefore has the older style small caps. Unlike toothpaste made for the UK market which have a larger easy accessible screw cap. :)

Also PoundStretchers never code check or rotate their stock, many a time I've bought crisps and biscuits etc and they have been 2 months out of date when I got home. This is not stock/offers marketed as as going out of date either.

A few different varieties of Heinz soup 400g tins for 25p

    Chocolate advent calendars 25p .
The chocolate obviously isnt going to win any awards but it is edible
( There is a mixture of weights - make sure you pick up the 90g , not 45g ones )

Just wanted to add that the box of 160 contains the 16 fruit/herb ones for free.
bought more yesterday and only got charged £1 at the till.
