PCN - wrong address and wrong registration - late appeal help!

Hi everyone, I've had a look at the newbie thread and it was very helpful but I still need advice. My partner recently visited her old house and the tenants gave her some old mail. She has three letters from DRP regarding an unpaid parking eye ticket from August for £145! Unfortunately, she has now realised that she never updated her car log registration which is why the letters have been going there.
Secondly, she did in fact buy a ticket, covering 24 hours and she was only there for 8-9 hours. She bought it on the phone, but the text confirming that is for the reg ending FFJ instead of SSJ! She knows her registration and wouldn't have made that mistake, so she thinks the operator on the phone must of misheard her.
I noticed that we can still appeal on the parking eye website, but I've read from forums that they could just reject it and refuse a POPLA because we have missed the appeal deadline, first from parking eye and now from DRP. Do you think they will still reject this even though we have good evidence she paid for the parking? It's not our fault the operator has misheard but I suppose we don't have any evidence that we gave the correct reg. Also, if it does go to court, am I allowed to go on her behalf?
For the appeal i was going to apologise for not updating the car log address due to the stress of moving home and her starting a new job as a junior doctor. As for the actual PCN I was going to include the parking payment (text) and a bank statement and mention it was purchased on the phone and the operator has misheard the registration. Is there anything else i should include?
Thanks for your help!

You can try an appeal as keeper (use the blue text appeal in the newbies FAQ thread) and see what the reply is. But you are probably going to be told you are too late.
Whatever you do don't reveal who was driving to them, and edit your OP to remove that detail!0 -

Really? And his success rate? He is (I think) an ex-UKPC employee and there have been complaints about that 'service' mentioned in threads here. Also at debt recovery stage there is no need to pay money to someone to ignore the debt collectors 'on your behalf' or put in an appeal the OP can put in.
And we have over 95% success with appeals re BPA members, on this forum, better than anywhere else you care to name. For the appeal i was going to apologise for not updating the car log address due to the stress of moving home and her starting a new job as a junior doctor. Was it at a hospital, or what sort of car park/where?
This isn't Scotland is it?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes it was ParkingEye. It was a large retail car park, Crown Wharf in Walsall. She had an induction day at a nearby location.0

Right so search the forum for 'Crown Wharf Jonathan' and ask the managing agents to cancel it. You will find posts by me talking about Jonathan Jessop, he can cancel them if you are polite - obviously NOT saying she went off-site. I am not local, never been there but have got these cancelled for people.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Whereas the information and advice here is free and transparent. I have used that forum and whilst Mr Taylor does have some success, there is no information on what is happening.
You put yourself in his hands and hope for a good outcome, but you don't actually know or have any control about what is happening, and have no recourse for complaint if it goes wrong.I married my cousin. Bet Mr Taylor would not have been able to recall Jonathan Jessop's name from cancellations achieved two years earlier! Stay here, we know what we are doing - you simply need a polite complaint to the managing agent that runs it and I've told you how to find them, by searching this forum.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
