As this is a PRAISE forum.
Credit where its due to the above for great customer service.
Had an issue with a gift at Christmas, missing power lead, on an LED tree. Responded in 24 hours, very apologetic and polite, advised unfortunately they couldn't get the part but would give a full refund immediately and we could keep the tree anyway (it still works on batteries)
No hassle, very polite and professiona a refreshing change these days.l
