Need Help with mobile insurance?

Basically i went out for about a hour with my phone in my trouser pocket and by the time i got back to my car my phone was no longer in my pocket, i don't know what to say to the insurance as i have no idea if it has fallen out or something has pick pocketed me.
I'm just worried the insurance won't pay out as im not sure what happened.

(i didn't sit down or anything for my phone to slide out)

I have reported and blacklisted it im just worried the insurance will void my claim as im not 100% sure what happened.

    reported it to the police? need a crime reference number?


    You must report it to the insurer asap
