For the second time I have been very pleased with the service received with Aldi guarantees.
I rang them about a faulty power tool with only 2 weeks remaining on its 3 year warranty. They asked for photos of the item and the receipt. Less than an hour after sending I received an email saying that a replacement would be with me in 3 to 5 days.
Excellent.
