Looking on recomandations for accommodation in or around brighton

me and my daughter are Looking at going to Brighton end of July for one week,would idealy like self catering, I am a none driver so will travel by train,don't mind walking to places,not into going to night clubs in the evening maybe a pub with entertainment or a show.

Friends have said its best to stay away form the main Centea has it will be cheaper

Have you looked at the YHA in Brighton - it's very central and has great views - you can have a double room - it's not dormitories and you can self cater.

Some of the doubles have a double bed and ensuite shower room. Have a look and see if any are twins or bunk beds?
