The Stay is available to be taken mid-week (Sunday - Thursday) within seven months from the Closing Date of the draw awarding the prize.

1. Eligibility requirements;

This prize draw is open to all persons who;
a. are aged 18 or over;
b. are resident in the UK ;
c. have registered to enter the competition at https://www.beechhillhotel.co.uk;

This prize draw is not open to any persons who;
d. are BHHL employees or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this prize draw.

2. By entering this prize draw, the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material. The draw is governed by English Law and any matters relating to the draw will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

3. To enter the prize draw, follow the on-screen instructions.

4. The quarterly prize draws will open at 00.01 GMT on 1st of January, April, July and October. The draws will then close at 24.00 GMT on the last day (Closing Date) of March, June, September and December respectively. The winner will be the person who is selected randomly from the list of eligible entrants who have registered at https://www.beechhillhotel.co.uk.

5. The winner will be notified using the contact details they provided on registration, within 14 days of the Closing Date of the prize draw. Any entrant may check the result of the prize draw on our Google Plus - Prize Draw Community, 21 days after the Closing Date.

6. The prize is a two night Stay for two at the Beech Hill Hotel on a bed and breakfast basis in a Select Room. The Stay is available to be taken mid-week (Sunday - Thursday) within seven months from the Closing Date of the draw awarding the prize.

7. Should the winner not wish to accept the prize, no cash alternative will be offered and a further draw will be made until such time the prize can be allocated to a randomly selected eligible entrant.

8. Acceptance of the prize by the winner gives the Promoter the right to use the prize-winner’s name, personal photograph both immediately after their win and in the future, unless prohibited by law.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel future prize draws at its absolute discretion.

10. No responsibility will be accepted for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet, accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act.

11. Data Protection Notice: Any personal data that you supply to us may be used solely by the BHHL (unless you indicate that you prefer not to receive direct marketing by un-ticking the permission box under your submission details) to contact you about other competitions or special offers.

12. In order to process, use, record and disclose your personal data we may need to transfer such information outside the United Kingdom, in which event the BHHL is responsible for ensuring that your personal data continues to be adequately protected during the course of such transfer.
