uneven drying pa\zint from crown solo

had walls re plastered has had four layers of paint last two of crown solo one coat it is drying very un even any suggestions pleaseicon5.gif

    Don't go over paint when it's still tacky? You'll takke off more paint than you'll get on.

    Wait until it is entirely dry before trying again.

  • SOLO ! think that's a type of " one coat " if it is =:eek:

    new plasterwork should have a mist coat ( a thinned non vinyl paint ) for the first coat.

    its has 4 under coats of watered down paint then the top coat
  • years ago when I did a house up, I had exactly this problem with the same paint, rang up the technical people who could not understand it!! Gave me some vouchers for more paint as I had gone through tonnes of the stuff! eventually it covered evenly!
