Parking charges help needed.

As a loyal customer of aldi for many years i am thoroughly dusgusted at the treatment i have received from them today. The week before Christmas on the 20 th and the 22nd of December I made 2 visits to aldi between the hours of 20.55 and 21.49. The stores opening times are until 10 pm. This afternoon I then received 2 parking tickets for each occasion from ukpc uk parking control...(another joke) to advise of a 60 pound fine for each occasion. This store is on a retail park. The retail park Aldi is on I have shopped here many times between 9-10 as I tend to go there to alcohol after work. The customer services department advised nothing they can do as is not their car park even though at first they were not aware of this. Can you advise me on my rights . As I don't feel I should have to pay this as an honest shopper the first occasion taking my mum Xmas shopping and the 2nd time 14 mins I picked up 2 bottles of wine.within the shop opening times. If I was wrong I would hold my hands up but I truly feel I have been wronged. Thanks in advance.
